The Process
01.
Once I am home
When I get home from your session, I immediately head to my computer and back up your images on 2 different hard drives. This ensures that if the worst was to happen, I have at least another 2 copies of your images if one hard drive was to fail. I also have a camera that has 2 SD card slots, meaning I use one for the session and the other as a back up of those same files.
02.
Culling
Once the images are uploaded onto my hard drives, I then use Adobe software to go through all the images from the day and start the selection process - called culling. This means I will favourite the ones I will edit, removing the ones where eyes are closed, someone wasn't looking etc.

Editing
Once I have culled all the images I will edit, I first go through the images and add my warm rustic pre-set on all the images which is my signature style and do typical enhancements such as sharpness, contract and saturation.
04.
Love your photos
Lastly, when your images are complete I upload them to a personalised gallery for you and sort through them if necessary. Once I am happy with the gallery, I will e-mail over a link to the gallery where you can download the full thing, individual images and share the gallery with family and friends. I also have an online shop accessible from the gallery so you can also purchase your own prints straight from the gallery. These are delivered straight to your door from the professional lab I use for all my work.
